You can expect NOT to see Bernard at any adoption or fundraising events for the next several weeks. This week he is starting medications to help build up his immune system, and on Sept. 13th he is having surgery to have all the visible tumors removed from his belly. So keep our big guy in your thoughts and prayers, as he rests up and heals over the next 6 - 8 weeks.

Remember, we STILL need donations towards his medical costs and foster care, since he requires a special diet, supplements, and medications.
